Where are you based?
I've lived and made art in the Atlanta, GA area most of my life. Currently, I'm in Avondale Estates.
Where do you ship?
All over the US and internationally. I'm a one-woman show, so if you order something from me, it's getting packed, labeled, stamped and mailed by just me, so I ship every Wednesday and Friday.
Do you accept returns?
This shop is run solely by me, from the designs to printing, packaging and mailing. If you receive an item and it's damaged or defective, please reach out to hello@jacquelynturnerart.com and I'll get you an exchange asap.
When will my order ship?
I'm the sole employee of Jacquelyn Turner Art, and while I'd love to promise next-day shipping on every order, that's not possible at this time. Instead, I batch orders and ship out every Wednesday and Friday morning. If you need an item shipped sooner, email hello@jacquelynturnerart.com and we'll work it out.
Do you really draw all this?
Absolutely! If I didn't draw it myself, I won't put it up for sale here.
